All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery via our standard shipping method typically takes 4–20 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
Shipping Origins
We ship orders from our warehouses located in Norway, the United States, and China.
Depending on your location and product availability, your order will be shipped from the warehouse that ensures the fastest possible delivery.
International Shipping
International delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 7–21 business days.
For the United States and most European countries, average delivery time is approximately 7 business days, though in some cases it may be as quick as 4 days or extend up to 20 days.
In rare cases of exceptionally high demand or external disruptions, delivery may take up to 35 days.
35-Day Shipping Guarantee
We offer a 35-day shipping guarantee on all orders.
If your order does not arrive within 35 days of shipment, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Important Shipping Notes
1. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible, shipping delays may occur due to high demand or external factors. Final delivery may be completed by local couriers, including Yodel in certain regions.
2. Attempted Deliveries & Incorrect Address
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, you must contact the courier promptly to arrange redelivery or collection.
If the package is returned to us due to non-collection or an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee of up to $15 may apply.
If your order is marked as “returned to sender”, please contact us immediately at support@synthealth.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
3. Tracking Your Order
All orders are shipped with free tracked shipping.
You can track your order using the tracking number provided via email within 24 hours of placing your order.
If you cannot locate your confirmation email, you may also track your order using your order number and email address on our tracking page.
