Returns

Our return policy is valid for 60 days from the date you receive your product. If more than 60 days have passed since delivery, we regret that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in its original packaging.

We strive to provide a flexible and customer-friendly return experience. We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to ensure your satisfaction whenever possible. Generally, our return policy applies to the following situations:


Eligible Return Scenarios

Defective Products
If you receive a defective item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Any shipping fees incurred when returning a defective product will also be reimbursed.

To process a full refund or replacement, we require photo or video evidence clearly showing the defect. Once our team reviews and confirms the issue, we will promptly proceed with the appropriate resolution.

Change of Mind (Buyer’s Remorse)
If you decide you no longer want your purchase, you may return the item provided it meets our return conditions. In this case, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Extended Holiday Returns
For major holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas, we offer extended return periods. Items purchased up to two weeks before these holidays may be returned or exchanged within 60 days following the holiday date.


Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging is required

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is mandatory

Please note that customers are responsible for returned items until they are received by us. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and emailing the tracking number to support@synthealth.com.


Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Items returned in damaged condition or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned beyond 30 days (or the applicable return period) after delivery


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a specified number of business days.


Uncollected Packages

For packages that are not collected or refused, we reserve the right to charge a $30 fee to cover shipping, handling, and administrative costs, including any accrued fees related to invoice payments.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary

  3. Contact your bank for additional processing details

If you have completed all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@synthealth.com.


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable, except for all Synt One models, which remain eligible under this return policy.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at support@synthealth.com.


Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the purchaser before being gifted, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.

For items valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
